The 3 Day Starter package is to get us more acquainted, and begins with a 60 minute consultation done from the comfort of your home. This allows us to get to know one another, game plan, go over your intake form, and really put an emphasis on the results you will receive from your sessions. The second day will include an introductory workout based on what we cover and learned from the consultation. The final day will be another workout based on your abilities shown in our previous session and what will get the results you desire moving forward!
